Menstrual Pads

I have been experimenting with cloth menstrual pads for the last 3 years and have finally found a design that provides absorbency, comfort and ease of use. I find the cloth pads to be much more comfortable than the 'disposable' kind. Sacred Days cloth menstrual pads include a water proof pad holder and an absorbent cotton pad that fits into the holder. I have made several sizes so you can customize the system that fits your needs. Sacred Days cloth menstrual pads consist of:

Regular pad:

This is a waterproof pad which holds the absorbent liner. The holder has snaps on its 'wings' to hold it in place. It is made with a layer of waterproof breathable nylon sandwiched between 2 layers of 100% cotton flannel. Each pad comes with one liner.

 
Regular-pad Liner:  

Liner consists of 4 layers of 100% cotton flannel. It fits on to the holder and is held in place by elastic straps at the top and bottom of the holder. Can be doubled in the holder if desired.

 
Panty liner:

This is designed for everyday, or light menstrual use. It is the same size as the regular pad, but is designed to be used without extra liners. It has 3 layers of absorbency built in, as well as the waterproof layer.

 
 

Long-pad:

  

This is the same as the Regular-pad, only longer.
Long-pad liner: This long liner is made of 4 layers of 100% cotton flannel. It fits on to the holder and is held in place by a small strap at the top and bottom of the holder. Can be doubled in the holder if desired.
Long-pad liner with wings: This is the same length as the maxi liner, but has wings added for extra protection. It attaches to the pad holder in the same fashion. Can also be used with a maxi liner for extras.
